Chriselles Property Preservation is a family-owned business. Before CPP, it was hard to find a quality lawn service company that was responsive and reliable. CPP lawn service was founded for that reason.
Our business is unique compared to the standard lawn service. For residential clients, we offer a one-time payment process, so you won't have to keep track of your bills or question if you were overcharged each year.
We want our seasonal pricing to be used across the Twin Cities. We separate ourselves from our competition because of the service and quality we provide.
Our team takes pride on doing jobs "By Hand", if requested by our clients. We use rakes, walk behind lawn mowers, and lawn riders because we believe that creates the best quality.

YARD CLEAN-UP SPRING/FALL
We offer yard clean up, otherwise known as “Spring Cleanup” or “Fall Clean Up” depending time of year. It entails clean up of the front and back yard from leaves, garden debris, and/or any other unwanted trash around the home. Starting with flower beds or landscaping, steps and lawn we blow out all leaves and debris. Giving your property the spruce it needs no matter the time of year.
SPRING TIME CLEANUP
In Minnesota consists of picking up debris that builds up over the winter months. Chriselles Property Preservation’s Spring Clean-up package includes the clean-up of both the front and backyard, rake leaves from garden beds, stairs, lawns, underneath stairs and pick any other trash. We offers Spring clean-up at an affordable price.
